Women Chefs and Restauranteurs National Conference

Liana Robberecht, newly promoted to Maître Rôtisseur, and Patricia Koyich, our new Vice-Conseiller Gastronomique, recently won major honours at the Women Chefs and Restauranteurs National Conference in Pasedena, California.  They each won the Gold medals in their class.  More to come in (hopefully) the next few days.
