Stephanie Schnepf Places Third in Helsinki

Stephanie Schnepf formerly of Olive's and more recently a member of the Bailliage of Val d'Okanagan placed third in the International Segment of the Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs competition held in Helsinki.  Following is a message from David R. Tetrault, President of the Competition.

I am very pleased and proud to inform you that Stephanie Schnepf, from the Bailliage of Val d'Okanagan, and representing Canada in the Concours International des Jeunes Chefs Rôtisseurs, has placed Third in this competition.

Stephanie did an excellent job, as you can see from the photos which I have attached. Her kitchen scores were also very commendable.

Congratulations to Stephanie from all the members in Canada.

Thanks and congratulations also to Chef Matthew Batey, Winery Chef at Mission Hill Family Estate Winery, for his mentorship during the past year.
