Chapitre Welcome Dinner, Highwood Dining Room at SAIT, October 4, 2007
The participants of the Jeunes Commis Rotiseurs and guests from other bailliages in Canada were welcomed in grand style by the staff and students of the Highwood Dining Room of the SAIT Polytechnical Institute in Calgary.
The food, prepared by the cooking program students and staff, was outstanding and the eager services of the first semester food services students bodes well for the future of the culinary industry in Canada. The occasion was a fitting beginning for the following Chapitre weekend in Calgary. Well done, staff and students, a special thanks to Cindy Findlay for making this welcome dinner possible.
