For those of you who do not follow the Food Channel, Connie de Sousa, Maître Rôtisseur and Co-Owner of Charcut has been competing for the past 11 weeks on the program "Top Chef Canada."  It runs on Mondays at 7 PM on Channel 25.  The program started out with 16 competitors and is now down to the top 4.  The challenges that they have faced have been extremely interesting.  Many have been random draws for choice of cuisine or ingredients or just about anything else that you could think of.   Also cooking styles have ranged from the best French Cuisine to "street food."  Tune in on Monday to see the next challenge!
