Dear member,

I would like to take this opportunity to formally announce the Grand Chapître du Canada for 2011. This celebration of the 50th Anniversary of la Chaîne des Rôtisseurs in Canada will be held in Montreal October 27 - 30, 2011. Montreal is the city where the first Bailliage of Canada was established, so it is only appropriate that we meet there for this great event.

We welcome members from all over the world to participate and celebrate with us in Montreal, truly one of the greatest cities in the world.

I invite you to read “Mot du President”, from our President Mr. Yam Atallah in Paris. Further information will be forthcoming such as registration forms, so please mark this date on your calendar for October 2011.
