Christmas at SAIT, Chaîne de Rôtisseurs
Dinner, December 14, 2006
The students and staff of the Southern Alberta Polytechnic
Institute Food Program created a memorable Christmas dinner for us on
December 14. Imagination and whimsy ruled the evening as the menu winning
dishes as selected in the menu competition among third year students earlier
in 2006 were presented to the Bailliage. Great presentations and great
taste made this an elegant but relaxed holiday evening that set the tone
for the coming Christmas holidays. Well done!
